Many people, including my dad, find themselves experiencing very positive results as they alter their diet or exercise routine only to then see their physical changes become stagnant. The service I have come up with is an app designed specifically to get you through the most difficult times during your path to a healthier lifestyle. We all choose our own personal goals to work toward. Unfortunately, this means that we tend to see the development of these goals as feedback, which is unrealistic, as our bodies do not change in a straight line. My app keeps you motivated to continue working toward your goals by providing additional rewards along the way.

The app acts as a food and exercise log where you can input as much data as you choose pertaining to how you exercised and ate each day. It then converts this data into a point system, awarding you for the healthy choices you are making. The points can then be redeemed for discounts and deals at your favorite places that also promote healthy lifestyles like Fresh Kitchen, Dick's Sporting Goods, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc. It is my hope that these rewards will give my customers something to work for even when their primary goal feels unattainable.

The app will contain other features as well including a competition sector that can be turned on so that users can compete for weekly points against their friends, and a healthy recipe sector that will be organized by price so that users at every socioeconomic level can see a variety of options within their price range.
