Hi, I'm Kristen.
I’ve competed at every level of the game, from youth soccer in the Orlando area to Division I to the pros. I spent five years at the University of Central Florida, training under an Olympic gold medalist and World Cup champion. While there, I earned multiple all-conference honors, set marks in the UCF record books, and was named the 2022 AAC Offensive Player of the Year. In 2023, I was drafted by my hometown team, the Orlando Pride, in the NWSL Draft.
Through my career, I learned that talent and hard work only go so far. I played through pressure, constant evaluation, shifting team dynamics, injury, and more, all while keeping up in the classroom. Those years taught me the players who rose to the top weren’t always the most gifted. They were the ones who had learned to steady their minds, so their best showed up game after game, not just on their good days.
MY APPROACH
The body can’t go where the mind won’t. That’s why I coach the whole person, not just the athlete on the field. Together, we build awareness before change and confidence before performance, then stack small habits that, done consistently, compound into lasting results.
WHO I WORK WITH
For athletes and their families, I offer one-on-one virtual sessions for youth, high school, and college players. Athletes get a private space to work on confidence, composure, and focus with someone who has been where they are, and families gain a partner invested in their growth on and off the field.
For athletic programs, I serve as a trusted, independent resource. I work alongside coaches and staff, not in place of them, supporting athletes whose struggles aren’t physical or technical. They’re mental. Because I sit outside the program, athletes can speak freely without worrying about playing time or evaluation.
I hold an MBA and an MSBM as well as a certification in confidence coaching. I’m based in South Florida and work with athletes, families, and programs wherever they are.
